what are the symptoms?

any associated redness, rashes, swelling or difficulty in breathing?

how long are the symptoms?

symptoms are some swelling around the mouth, no difficulty breathing

first noticed 30 minutes ago;

doctor was called no answer yet

Thank you for the information,

Since he is an infant so the antihistamine, cold medicines and such OTc cough syrup should be avoided especially in infants under the age of one year.

No such drug should be given and if he is having such allergy symptoms then you should consult the doctor.The steroids like hydrocortisone, prednisolone may be given if the symtoms are severe to control the allergy.
