i got a cat bite infection about 5 year ago and got a terrible infection it took a long time to get rid of it since then i ve had terrible infection problem now ive had reacurring health problem and i have been diagnose withrhabdomylosis my kidney are only fuctioning at 25% and back problen and swollen legs i do not drink but i take blood thinner for my heart

By looking at information it looks that most probable reason for your present problem is your cat bite injury which does taken a longer time with & associated rhabdomyolysis it leads to the renal failure .In the present scenario this renal failure is giving you edema in leg & back pain.
Hopefully you are at present under the treatment from a nephrologist.Your condition does need a therapy from a team of physicians & dietician specially a renal dietician.You should need to given decreased protein diet,phosphate lowering agents,diuretics to lower the intracellular fluids,erythropoietin factors to keep the hemoglobin at normal level.After controlling all this other parameters will come back to normal.
