Hello I thought that I had selected an Endo to ask. I am a very healthy active work out all that and had a sinus infection went to routine ent he felt enlarged thyroid. Ultrasound reflects Multinodular goiter

Nodules are all less then 1.5 and are complex, hypoechoic - complex and mixed echoic. I see endo weds but I am nervous.

I can understand your nervousness, but as far as nodules go, small multinodular are less likely to be cancerous than are the single nodules. Goiters are fairly common and often times require nothing more than regular monitoring to be sure it isn't changing or growing. Here is some interesting information about multinodular nodules:
