I have discomfort in my lower back at my waist it's from gas. I'm belching alot and if I press in the areas that I hurt I belch gas. I have had it now for 3 days. Today it feels like a tightening in my back. What can I take to get rid of this gas?

You should take Simethicone antacids and pantopraxole. Also, mozapride will help moving the gas down.
Both are available in combination as Moza MPS- chewable tablets OTC.

Chew a tablet immediately after food. This should help. Also, avoid fatty food , take light meals and do not drink water immediately after food, keep a gap of 10 mins.
moza MPS should be taken after food with a sip of water only.
