Customer Question

I have a gurgle in my left leg. It does not hurt and is not a spasm. What is it? Is it an emergency?

Dear Robinson,

My initial impression is that this "gurgle" feeling, is most often caused by blood clots, or deep vein thrombosis.

You are fairly young, so it could be just a functional affectation of your bodies vein structure.

But if this occurs regularly, then you should get it checked out. If it is accompanied by pain in the legs from the gurgle down, then it could be very serious.
