I have hot forehead and upper body, but no fever, and I feel

Customer Question

I have hot forehead and upper body, but no fever, and I feel a weird sensation in my body, I also feel tired but not too tired and I can carry by regular activities. This is been happening from four week and started when I did my workout (weight training) after consuming alcohol. I think alcohol did something that day during my workouts.

I have done bloodwork - CBC, ESR normal, thypoid, jaundice, malaria, HIV all are negative. I don't know what is happening to me. Only symptoms are hotness in my head and body, weird sensation and hair loss. I am now of fruit and fibre diet from past 3 weeks and also taking vitamins medicine. Please help.
