How long are you having this itching?

Did you have any test or treatment?

Is there any rash?

Did you consult any specialist?

Thank you.

lt;p>HelloCustomerlt;/p>

Welcome to Just Answer.

The previous expert who was working with you has opted out so I will try to help you.

I think you may benefit from seeing a neurologist rather than a dermatologist.

My best guess is that this is meralgia paresthetica. This impressive-sounding name refers to a non-serious condition in which a nerve in the region you describe produces mild tingling and similar sensations.

this would explain the feeling that it is an inside itch.

A neurologist would be able to test for this.

Another thought is that a gastroenterologist may be the answer because itching often is the result of the liver not functioning as well as it should. But having said that I would have expected more generalised itching if that were the problem, not confined to just one area of the body.

I do hope you are able to get this sorted out soon, there is nothing worse than itching!!!

With my very best wishes

Mel.
