There are a number of things that can cause chest pain that can mimic a heart attack pain but not a heart attack:

Obviously both heart attack and angina have been ruled out with the tests that have already been done in your case.

Anxiety can cause one to have chest pain similar to a heart attack;

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease, which is a condition in which there is reflux of acid into the food pipe can also cause chest pain that can sometimes mimic a heart attack.

Esophagitis, inflammation of the esophagus;

Other conditions include:

Biliary tract disease such as stones in the gallbladder leading to inflammation of the gallbladder;

Pericarditis; (which is inflammation of the layer surrounding the heart)
