I am two months pregnant and really dont have any symtoms

Resolved Question:

I am two months pregnant and really don't have any symtoms at all. Its almost like I'm not pregnant. I went to the Dr. at 6 1/2 weeks and I was told everything was fine and he made me a appt for a month later. I felt some symtoms around the time of my Dr. visit but none now aside from a lil breast soreness. Could something be wrong? I don't want to go visit the DR. until it's time (2weeks) because he will probably just ask me if I've been bleeding and the answer is no.

Could something be wrong?

A fairly large percentage of pregnant women note no or very mild physical changes in the first couple of months of pregnancy. This does not represent a reason to be particularly concerned that something is wrong.

Would I have more symtoms if I where having a miscarriage or in the case no symtoms is still a good sign?
