Thank you for the information,

It is true that in diabetes the pain may not be acute & be mild or absent.

The pain in the heart is usually felt in the chest , then it radiates . There can be accompanying sweating, shortness of breath etc

The usual site of radiation is the left arm.

Right arm radiation is rare.

It can be the pain in your both arms are coming from joint or muscle.

You can take tylenol or motrin.

If the pain continues then have a review by doctor.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Please ask if you need any clarification.

Best wishes.
