Not sure that i have any good answers for you. It seems as though you are doing all the right things. Exercise and diet would be my 2 leading suggestions. The only other thing that I can think of (but wouldnt really suggest, unless you are in great shape) would be to have surgery done to tighten up that area. Sorry I couldnt be of more help.
