I've had a black spots under my skin on my left index finger

This answer was rated:

I've had a black spots under my skin on my left index finger for a month or so now. I just noticed a second one, on my middle finger, same location. It looks to be under the skin, like something there, but I would literally have to carve them out for removal.
Hello Customer!
I would have them looked at by your physician. They may be foreign bodies that never got infected or rose to the surface but black moles or "freckles" can be a dangerous sign and should be looked at before attempting to remove in case they are malignant.
Good Luck
Hope this helps!
