what other medical problems do you have .. med list.. any phlegm, does it hurt more when you walk or exert. any stress or anxiety.. recent blood work?

I have Graves disease and have been on synthroid for 18 years. I am not coughing, my throat is not sore. just sitting here my chest feels heavy without any exertion. I have problems staying asleep for a couple weeks, Tried sleeping pills but they left me to groogy in the morning. Feel kind of depressed, but mostly just very tired.

I am 42, a couple nights ago I had quite a bit of chest pain, nausa, which I still feel and my left arm was tingling but I check my blood pressure and it was just about the same. It was gone in about 6 hours, but once again I wasn't able to get a good nights sleep. I am very active usually. Doing all the soccer mom stuff, school volunteering, job etc. I think the feeling of tiredness and not having the energy to or will power to get moving makes me feel bad. But I am just tired and want to either sit or stay in bed. I just feel all worn out.

well first you need to have your thyroid levels, b12 and folic acid level checked. secondly an EKG/stress test to rule out heart related issues. if everything comes back negative then anxiety and depression would be the cause. please see your doctor at earliest.
