Is there a pill you can take to lighten your skin

Resolved Question:

Is there a pill you can take to lighten your skin permanently? And if so will it turn your hair gray or lighten your eyes? And what if yoy just want a pill to lighten the skin and not the hair and eyes? Can you still go in the sun and remain very light?

There is no pill, but there is a medicated cream called Hydroquinone. It lightens skin permanatly. Please speak to your dermatologist if you want to use it.

I told you that I've used that before. What about L-Glutiane? I think I spelled it right

I'm sorry I didnt see that in your "allready tried" section.

L-Glutamine is an amino acid used by your body to make protien. It has been used for building muscle, increasing mental function, and wound recovery. There are absolutely zero studies showing any effect on skin color. I'm sorry to say that it will most likely have no effect.

I know that hydroquinone is the standard of care in this regaurd.
