I am happy to help you.

I am going to urge you to see your doctor to rule out a blockage or blood clot.

Both could cause the symptoms that you are having.

It is possible that you have pulled a muscle or could have a nerve problem such as pinched.

If you are diabetic it could also be related to that.

You will need some testing by your doctor to know for sure.

Don't rub your groin area in case there is a clot.

Best Wishes,
