Hello,

Is there any tenderness?

How is your urine & stool?

Does the pain radiates from back to sides?

Thank you for the information,

The pain in the back & stomach can come from colitis.

If the back pain is more prominent then it can be due to kidney disease like infection, stone etc.

In some cases pain in the spine can radiate to the front.

But as you are having tenderness in stomach area it can be due to colitis or urine problem.

You need an examination by doctor tto diferentiate it.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Please ask if you need any clarification.

Best wishes.
