Hello Customer!
This is only for external ear infections which are common in dogs but not in humans unless you swim (swimmers ear). Signs of an external ear infection for you would be tenderness on the outside pinna, redness or discharge. More likely you have a middle ear infection and require pills to treat.
Either way the antibiotic in the drops may do damage to the canal since it is prepared for animal use only. I would see your dr and try 600-800 mg motrin for now with a cool compress.
Good Luck
Hope this helps!
