I have these dry sticky lips - gluey - not really chapped - I drink lots of water - not taking any meds - have been tested negative for sjorgrens - is there anything I can do - or someone I should contact - it is very annoying

There are few causes , which can result in dry , sticky lips.

It can be due to stress or may be related to nervousness or anxiety.

Also you should apply vaseline regularly .

Also , you could apply cold cream on your lips at night, before going to sleep.

These symptoms, can also be due to allergies, infections, drugs, and a number of medical problems. If symptoms persist for long time, then see your regular doctor for evaluation and management.

this seem to start about 2 months ago - I went to ENT - he says my sinus's have polyps - which I had removed 10 years ago but are back - other than the anxiety,stress (which I think is a factor) - is there anyway nasal post drip (my sinuses are not stuffed) could cause this -

It did go away for 2 weeks after I took doxycyline - should I go back on this...

If you, have the symptoms for long time, and are not resolved with lotion, then doctor can prescribe a course of antibiotics.
