My left eye lid keeps twitching. Is this a muscle spasm? Is there something I need to worry?
Eyelid twitching is a common enough complaint and as a rule, it is temporary and goes away by itself without any treatment.

No definite cause of such episodes of eye twitching are known, but it is believed to be connected to inadeqate sleep, stress, caffeine, etc.

You need not worry about this, this will go away by itself after a few days or at the most, weeks.

Meanwhile, you should try to get adequate sleep and avoid caffiene.
