I am a 52 year old white female in generally good health with no significant medical history. This past week I found a nodule above my right clavicle. It is not painful but a little tender, maybe from manipulation. Tonight I found another one lateral to it. I did have a flu shot the day before I noticed the first one in the right arm. Could this be related?

Temporary lymph node enlargement is a knwon albeit uncommon side-effect of the FLU vaccine,
This is the most likely explanation in your case.
