Welcome to Just Answer and thanks for your question. Despite the hype you see on the internet, the most common problems caused by mold are allergic-type symptoms like sneezing and runny nose and eyes. Some people can also get a skin rash and it can exacerbate asthma in those who have it. Once the mold is cleaned up, the patient gets better. Your sister is best served by having an internal medicine doctor or family practitioner determine what is causing her symptoms rather than assuming it is mold exposure.
