I had a penile inplant installed in my penis 4 1/2 years

This answer was rated:

I had a penile inplant installed in my penis 4 1/2 years ago. My penis was much shorter after the surgery. It is only 3 inches now. I am unable to have intercourse. Is there any way a new penis could be made for me if I paid for it? If so, how much would it cost?
The only proven way is surgery.

There is a surgery to lengthen the penis. This is called Phalloplasty. It does work, but it is quite expensive. Also, there is controversy about it, whether it causes more harm than good on the average. Many researchers dispute the claims of the practitioners. The penis girth can also be widened in this surgery.

But you can expect a length increase of 1 inch upto 2 inch (according to th plastic surgeons who do it), and 1/2 inch (according to some studies).

Costs vary widely and you will have to ask your doctor for this. Usually, costs range from $9000-$15000.
