Customer Question

I was wondering about testicular torsion. I've experienced intense pain a few times in the past, but it subsided after 2 or three hours, so Assumed there wasn't any permanent damage. Are there any noticeable after affects to testicular torsion that indicate the death of a testicle?

Death of the testicle would be followed by atrophy - obvious shrinkage.

Compete loss of testicular function takes 6 hours from the onset of torsion.
