Sounds more like a gallstone. Gallstones can cause pain and nausea after eating and also especially after fatty foods. It is diagnosed with an abdominal ultrasound and is treated with surgery. Less likely is gastritis or an ulcer. You should avoid alcohol, caffeine, spicy foods, citrus, tomato, and spicy food. You can also try an over-the-counter antacid like prevacid or prilosec
