Need some advice. Feeling lightheaded and have been for

Customer Question

Need some advice. Feeling lightheaded and have been for several weeks. This morning I also have break out in a light clamy sweat. Periodic chest pain that is very small, quarter size in nature but to right of breastbone about armpit level. This is very periodic, but the lightheadedness is constant. No upset stomach or pain otherwise. I have taken several aspirin. I also took a Claritin D this morning. Should I go to a medical facility? Advice?

Hello,

I would like to get some more detail information about your problem,

How is your blood pressure?

Did you have any past testing of glucose?

Waiting for your reply.

Thank you.

Customer: replied 9 years ago.
My blood pressure is generally in the normal range, but I can't check it now. I have had blood work about 3 or 4 months ago and all test were normal. I have had problems with hypoglycemia many years ago.

Thank you for the information

Among the causes of light headed ness , some common causes are fall of blood pressure, low blood glucose, irregular heart rhythm, transient ischemic attacks, anxiety or tension state.

Periodic chest pain may come from heart causes also.

You need a physical examination along with some investigation like blood glucose estimation, EKG or others as the doctor feels necessary after the physical .

So I feel you should go to a medical facility to have a check up.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Please ask if you need any clarification.

Best wishes.
