predicting life expectancy is frought with problems as its all chance and all that we can change are the risks. So you see some people who do all the right things and still die young while others do everything wrong and still live along time. However if you take a large sample then predictions are more accurate. If you took a large sample of men who had a family history of heart disease, smoked heavily, abused drugs and were alcoholic as-well as having high cholesterol and hep c then most of them would have died before the age of 53. I think the risk is high that his life expectancy will be short if doesn't change his ways.
Don't think being nasty, mean and ugly affects your life expctancy though.
