Thanks for using just answer,

NovoRapid is used in diabetes mellitus and contains insulin aspart.

The total daily insulin requirement may vary and is usually between 0.5 to 1.0 units/kg/day.

It should be injected immediately (within 5-10 minutes) before a meal.

Dose vary from person to person and depends upon hyperglycemia ( increased blood sugar )

You should contact you doctor for the exact dose.

Reply to Dr. AM MD's Post: I think I misunderstood the whole thing, ie. that you only charged for a good outcome and that you made us sign up to show we were serious.
Also I only wanted to pay 8 pounds as I am a pensioner on a very strict budget.
The answer was not helpful to me as I need to know how much to give myself for an average lunchtime meal.
So I ask that you remove my details and do not charge me 12 pounds,
Thank you,
Jill k Smith (UK but living in Spain for a short while)

How much do you weigh? The amount you take depends on your weight as well as the amount you eat.
