Signs of infection in breast--
  • pain
  • tenderness-pain on touch or pressure
  • redness of skin
  • swelling of breast
  • pus discharge from nipples/ulcer--the discharge may have a different colour than yellow due to metal debris
  • local warmth
  • enlarged glands in axilla on same side
  • fever

i have peeling of the skin and black circles full of puss.is that right?

Black circles full of pus & peeling of skin does sound like infection in the breast.
This condition needs urgent care & you should consult a doctor now.
