Do you muscular aches as well?
It seems likely that your skin has become very sensitive - this is why even touching and movement of the hair hurts.
One of the commonest causes for sensitive skin is is neuropathy - inflammation of the nerves due to any cause. At your age, deficiency of vitamins of the B-group can be the likely cause.
Please take multivitamin tablets containing Vitamin B1, B12, and B6 for at least 2 weeks and see if it helps. If it does not , you will need to consult a docotr for a thorough investigation.
I hope this helps.
