FDA safety sheet recommendations:

If this chemical contacts the eyes, immediately wash (irrigate) the eyes with large amounts of water, occasionally lifting the lower and upper lids. Get medical attention immediately.

The question is this a professional type chemical that was in your eyes, or something like the Murine ear wax drops that was accidentally instilled in your eyes?

If it was the ear drops, the concentrations are much less dangerous in "consumer" products, and the peroxide in the drops can also act as an irritant -- this is washed out of the eyes with 15 minutes of water.

Should you have continued burning in the eye after this, a visit to the doctor for further flushing of the eye and examination would be in order.
