Of the two drugs, zopiclone is a relatively safer medicine. It has fever long term side effects. Read more here.
While mepronizine is not a prefered medicine since it can cause narcolepsy or sleep disorder. I would advise you to consult your ENT specialist for a change in medicines

Dear *****,
While there is probably no harm in trying these two vitamins, it is likely that in a case of severe tinnitus these may not be very effective by themselves alone.
Among the other options that may work include use of a white noise machine, or a clock radio that switches (say around) half an hour after you fall asleep.
Wearable tinnitus maskers maybe tried though these are of questionable benefit.
Tinnitus training therapy maybe tried by an experienced otolaryngologist.
Mild anti-depressants, tranquilizers and rarely even anti-seizure medications may help in controlling these symptoms
American tinnitus association ( is a useful unbiased resource where you can find more information about tinnitus too,
