Hello Dudeness,

Lump with pain and itching in the anal area may be from many causes.

Hemorrhoid is the most common cause.

Other causes are worm or yeast infection and many others.

Itching with some pain may be from some irritation from food like heavy alcohol which you had. If it is from alcohol it will go away by its own.

Take more water, vegetable, fruits, high fibre diet. If it is from hemorrhoid, it will help to make soft stool to avoid straining.

If symptom persists you have to consult your doctor for examination and definitive treatment.

If you need further clarifications, I will be happy to explain you.

If you have seen blood then probable cause may be hemorrhoid.

Anal fissure may be another possibility though there may not be any swelling.

I would advise you to have a check up to get the proper diagnosis and treatment.

Dietary management will be helpful for both fissure and hemorrhoid.
