Bedwetting in adults is an unusual problem seen in 1 in 100 adults. This can be due to urinary tract infections, diabetes, stress, alcohol & caffeine intake, diuretics & sleep disorders like sleep apnea and a few more causes .

You need not feel embarassed by this. It is a health problem like all other health problems & health gets a top priority in life. So, I would advise you to seek consultation with your physician who can investiagte the cause of this problem & treat accordingly.

Burning micturition is a sign of urinary tract infection.
Chlamydia might have persisted or a new infection could have developed.
Please see your physician for physical exam, urine exam for microbes & their antibiotic sensitivity & prescription antibiotics.
