When did you first notice these bruises ?

Do you have any prexisting medical conditions like heart disease / diabetes / liver disease ?

Are you on any medication ?

Please let me know,

Bruises on wrist and forearm I noticed Wednesday. Bruise on my breast I noticed 10 minutes ago, it wasn't there this morning. No medical conditions. I'm on 1.00 mg of Synthroid otherwise I'm in excellent health and extremely physically fit. My blood pressure is excellent , I did experience chills earlier, but then I also experience feelings of warmth from menopause. thank you so much

OK .

You need to see your doctor and get a Platelet Count blood test one. (This has to be done with some urgency )

These bruises can be due to a reduced platelet count that causes bleeding inside the sub cutaneous tissue (below the skin).

Also, because of your history of taking synthyroid, you need to get an Ultrasound Examination of the Thyroid Gland.

Thyroid cysts can present with such symptoms.

The difference in color of the bruises is because of the difference in age of the bruise.

The reddish ones are more recent, while the purple ones are older.

This is because of the different breakdown products of "hemoglobin".

I hope this helps you.
