my 4 month old daughter threw up the other day and had diarrhea 2 days before that and today also. she also keeps coughing and her temperature is staying around 100.4. i dont know if it is because of teething or a virus.

Is she taking breastmilk? For how many days she has fever? Is she active? Did she vommited only once?Any other symptoms?

no she is bottle fed and is eating enfamil gentleease bc she has gas problems. she is still active but sometimes she will scream out of the blue like something is hurting her but i dont know what. she only vomited big time once it was like 2 bottles worth but she spits up all the time no matter how much i burp her. she has a runny nose and sometimes it is stuffy and of course the cough that just comes out of the blue.

It seems , that she has a viral infection, such symptoms usually recover by its own, she only needs symptomatic treatment. You can give her Tylenol syp, to keep temperature down . As she is active and taking feeds, so i will not worry. Keep an eye on her activites. She can be given Benadryl® for running nose.If the symptoms dont get resolved in 3-4 days, then she should be seen by Child specialist.
