I had a Hepatitis panel done. The Hepat Surf AG came back

This answer was rated:

I had a Hepatitis panel done. The Hepat B Surf AG came back Non Reactive. The Hepat B Surf AB came back Reactive. The Hepat B Core AB came back Non reactive and the Hepat C Antibody came back Non Reactive. Does this mean I have Hepatitis B?
Is there anything I should be doing medically for this? I had started the Hep B vaccinations about 12 years ago but did not finish the series of three.
These results are most likely related to having had the vaccine (you can develop antibodies after even a single dose of the vaccine)

Is there anything I need to be doing medically as a result of these test results?
NO - You have developed immunity to hepatitis B, and no treatment is necessary.
