I have heart problems. while attempting to eropen my stent for the 4th time .MY Physician decided to do direct radation to my heart, I hhad no idea he was going to do that. the radation really made me sick. anyone hurd of this type of procedure with a heart stent?

YES - the use of localized ratiation to treat in stent stenosis is not a procedure that is unique. There have been a number of studies done on this approach. While short term results are good, the longer term studies seem to suggest that drug eluting stents (which have their own problems) may actually have better results.
