I have slight itching/tickle feeling in the foreskin of my penis. Also, some burning during urination mainly in morning and evening, but no discharge problems. What are your thoughts please?

These symptoms can be caused by allergy, bacterial infection (eg. STD, UTI) or a fungal infection. Any infection involving the urethra can cause burning urination and sensory symptoms over the penis. Almost all STDs are commonly accompanied with discharge as well, but Chlamydia can be present without any discharge. I would recommend that you see your primary physician for urine analysis and evaluation for infection.
