I have a white spot on the inside of my lower eyelid. It''s way down toward the bottom, not up by the lashes. It is irritating to my eye. It has been there for two days.

This appears to be a Meibomian Gland Cyst.

Meibomian glands are glands that are present both on the upper and lower eyelids, they produce oil for lubrication and these ducts can become blocked, this can lead to such swelling.

Usually warm fomentation is sufficient to clear them up. But if it does not clear up by this method, then you will need to consult your doctor for this.
