Hello, a swelling/rash on the chest and neck and face is considered an emergency because of the likely hood that this is an allergic reaction and the risk for an impaired airway as the reaction progresses. It is very important that you seek emergency evaluation and go to the emergency room. Do not drive yourself, if you are alone you will need to dial 911.
