How do I loose 2lbs/day.... I am trying to not starve myself, but eating healthy just keeps me at my regular weight! I need to loose 5.5 lbs in 4 days....can anyone help me?

Hello,

Even with starving yourself, you could not lose 2 pounds a day. It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound. That 3500 calories would come from eating less and exercising more. Even women who overeat rarely eat more than 2000-2500 calories a day. Your goal of 2 pounds a day would require a deficit of 7,000 calories per day. This just isn't possible. If your regular diet is a sensible 1500 calories a day, then the only way to lose more weight is to increase the amount of exercise you do. Losing 2 pounds a week is possible, but 2 pounds a day isn't. Here is some more information.
