For how long you have these symptoms?

Do you have difficulty in breathing?

What is your blood pressure and pulse rate?

Do you smoke?

Do you have nausea?

Any past medical illness?

Please clear the term- cough so hard, that i shake.?

i smoke for 30 years 130 over 85 blood pressure no chest pains when i fall down sometimes i start shaking age 55 male coughing hard tell i black out happing a week sometimes 6 times a day

As you have been smoking from last 30 years, so the your this severe cough is due to inflammation of bronchioles, calles as Chronic bronchitis.Along with inhaler , you require corticosteroids, and inhalers, If required antibiotics may be given.

Regarding blackout. i would suggest you that it may be due to any of these causes- Heart disease, Low blood sugar ,renal dysfunction. You will be required to go for more blood work including- EKG, CBC, RFT, Blood sugar levels checked.
