Can probiotics make you bloated and gassy? Since I started

Resolved Question:

Can probiotics make you bloated and gassy? Since I started taking them again about 2 weeks ago, i've been having those problems. I take them to help boots my immune system since Vitamin C supplements seem to make my acid reflux worse(even if they are time-release).

Probiotics bacteria inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, promote good digestion, boost immune fuction and increase resisitance to infection.

These probiotics can not make you feel bloated and gassy.

Always take your probiotics on an empty stomach or with dairy products. Taking them on an empty stomach will reduce the level of bile in the small intestine

You can Start taking antacids-

· Pepto-Bismol 2tsf thrice a day after meals.

There are certain Lifestyle and dietary changes which you should follow -

1 Avoid chocolate, peppermint, fatty foods, coffee, and alcoholic beverages

2 Eating meals at least 2 to 3 hours before bedtime may lessen reflux by allowing the acid in the stomach to decrease and the stomach to empty partially.

3. Start practising Yoga and meditation. They will help you a lot

4. Medications include -H2 blockers are available like ranitidine, famotidine , will help you.
