Nystatin is for fungal infections and triamcinolone acetonide is a steroid. Neither would be effective for a boil which is an infection caused by a bacterium Staphylococcus aureus. You will need an antibiotic for that. Your doctor will probably want to open the boil and drain it before prescribing an antibiotic so that it can heal properly. Here is some more information.
