my boyfriend is complaining it hurts when he pees. he says there's a lot of pressure, but nothing coming out, and when it does come out, it doesn't have a normal flow. what could this be?

It may be as simple as a UTI. Which you need to confirm with your doctor as antibiotics will be needed. Other wise this can also occur due to kidney stones, blockage of the urinary tract, etc.
