My elbow is swolen, it's like water on the elbow I can feel fluid in there and it's all puffy.

Any associated fever ?

Since when is your elbow swollen?

Any associated redness ,warmth in that swollen area?

Is the swelling severe?

Is this swelling in one elbow?

Reply to Dr AMIT MUNJAL's Post: Yes there was trama. I fell over backwards and hit my elbow on a concrete floor in June. I think there is a small fracture I can feel a small chip I think.
No fever.
The swelling started last night all of a sudden.
No redness, warmth in swollen area.
Swelling in left elbow only.
Mild pain if I rest it on something.
No investigation so far.

Well this could be due to bursitis or lateral epicondylitis.Since you can feel some chip possible fracture can be there .You should get an X-Ray Lt elbow joint AP and Lateral views .

Possibly this swelling is collection of blood .Cause? Infectious? mild trauma on previously injured site.
