what is (venous angioma ) in left cerebellar hemisphere superiorly and anteriorly.

Its a knot of distended blood vessels. The location is to the front and top of the left hemisphere, ie left side of brain. The impact of this wil depend if it is impeding any normal communication within the brain. Most are not cancerous tumours but are the result of trauma causing a 'haematoma' which is just an accumulation of blood.
