I am sorry to hear you are having trouble updating Golf Buddy DSC-GB300. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.
Follow the below instructions to update it:
- Connect the Golf Buddy to the computer using the provided USB cable.
- . Open the GolfBuddy Course Manager. Log in using your username and password.
- Click on the Device tab. If there is not a device being recognized, press the Sync with GolfBuddy button. In the upper right-hand corner, there is a box to the left of the “minimize” and “close” buttons. Click that button and scroll down to “Firmware Upgrade”. Click that, and before you begin the firmware upgrade process, make sure you close down the GB Manager, or your device will not be found.
- . Click on the “Start Upgrade” button while the “Firmware Upgrade” button is checked.
