I downloaded some new programs to the Etrex 30 and I know

I downloaded some new programs to the Etrex 30 and I know these programs are on the SD disc but my Etrex 30 does not recognize them. What am I doing wrong
JA: How old is your eTrex?

Customer: Just about everything except throwing it out.

Customer: I downloaded successfully to my PC as well as to the Etrex 30 SD disc. When I go into maps they are not there.

Right-click on the download and go to Properties.

There, you will see Type of File.

That is not a valid file type, so whatever you downloaded is not a map if it says the file type is "application".

When a new web page opens, click the green "I Agree" button, and run the downloaded file (named Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client) by double-clicking it. Permit the connection if asked so that I can connect. We will then be able to chat as well.
