My S1 golf watch will no longer work after reinstalling the

Hi, my S1 golf watch will no longer work after reinstalling the courses and Garmin do not reply to my emails. I therefore want to factory reset it.
JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: S1 2/3 years old
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing. I just wanted to update the courses because my home course changed 2 holes around and I wanted the latest course on my watch.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have reinstalled Express twice and tried downloading the courses around 10 times.
JA: Anything else you want the GPS expert to know before I connect you?

I want to cancel this. The original contact said you would take $5 deposit and you took 36CHF (although this is to be confirmed). Now you are asking for 26 CHF but won't tell me if it's in addition to the 36 you already took. I have therefore asked my credit card company to cancel the payment. I am a very unsatisfied customer.
